Job Description: As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in the establishment and day-to-day operations of our new composite manufacturing facility. This hands-on position requires a proactive individual with excellent mechanical skills and a passion for the composite industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the composite manufacturing process.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes and outcomes.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay current with industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an operator in the composite industry.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
