Job Description: As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in the establishment and day-to-day operations of our new composite manufacturing facility. This hands-on position requires a proactive individual with excellent mechanical skills and a passion for the composite industry. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the composite manufacturing process. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed. Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes and outcomes. Document production activities and maintain accurate records. Participate in continuous training and development to stay current with industry advancements. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an operator in the composite industry. Proven mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
