Our client is looking for a HR Manager to join their team in Vryheid, Kzn.
Minimum
Human Resource Management
advice and support on HR issues to employees and management, in keeping with HR practices and culture.
Attorney
· 5-10 Years experience in a HR Management Role.
· Ability to travel.
· Fluent
/>· Administratively very strong.
· Able to manage the HR function for three companies with around
human resource service to line management by taking responsibility for managing every aspect of the employment
and/or through approved recruitment agencies and managing the employment process from start all the way
way through to on boarding and induction;
Manage the Employment Equity programme by setting targets
organisational goals, succession planning and change management initiatives through consultation with key stakeholders
in the performance management process by coaching and training supervisors / managers in the administration
and
support on HR Issues to Employees and Management in
keeping up with HR Practices
