Requirements:
Provide a holistic human resource service to line management by taking responsibility for managing
orientation and training new staff in addition to succession planning, staff welfare, industrial relations
legislation, holding quarterly employment equity and training committee meetings and timeous submission of annual
legislation and best practice;
Interpret industrial relations and human resource policies and procedures
staff with queries and concerns;
Conduct training and development needs analyses and contribute
stakeholder involvement, funding propositions, training stations/facilities.

Consultative Approach:

recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, industrial relations, payroll and with training logistics, capturing of training registers and ensuring that copies of all training related
business in terms of training and development programs, by conducting training needs analysis alongside ensure that the Employment Equity Committee is trained and meet quarterly to address any issues.
coordinating attendance for various events and training sessions.
Data Management certificate in relevant HR field essential.
co-coordinating attendance for road shows, information and training sessions as directed by National HR.
Minimum of 2 -3 years recruitment industry experience
Automotive industry experience is essential
