driver training and ensure their drivers meet the necessary legal, contractual and internal training requirements maintain driver training plans Update, report and maintain their training matrix and training files Ensure requirements Review and evaluate the effectiveness of training in accordance with TETA, contractual and internal practical evaluations of new drivers Conduct ongoing training of current drivers Implement driver and vehicle Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade12) Training experience and/or training qualification(s) will be advantageous
