• Ensure that thorough records are maintained of all HR transactions (i.e. benefits, On-Boarding, Timekeeping accordance with the relevant procedure. • Ensure that all staff have up to date and signed job descriptions • Coordinate quarterly EE committee meetings and all correspondence with Labournet. • Ensure compliance submission of annual EE reports and to ensure that all data is correct for submission. • Meeting with Department legislation and/or business needs. • Ensure adherence to all HR policies and communicate updates with the business
