We are recruited for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR for our client within the Automotive Industry; based in PE. MAIN product quality in a safe and efficient manner. The Shift Supervisor is responsible to lead the team at all vessel entry and elevated work to be escalated to Manager for approval) Approves all job cards after maintenance Identifies and reports risks or areas of concern to management within own department and area of responsibility financial guidelines, report deviations to direct Manager Explores opportunities to control and reduce costs
To operate, oversee and coordinate shift production, this includes maintenance requests and changeover changeover activities. Coordinate and manage employees who set up and operate extrusion machines. Monitor the production, labour and scrap rates incurred during the shift. Supervises/directs subordinates and temporary staffing non-conformity investigations. Participate and manage monthly stock reconciliation. Good communication related policies and procedures. Must be able to work shifts. Work overtime as and when required.
