by the Sample & Design Manager. Follow up on all outstanding Sample PO's raised - liaise with Suppliers Maintaining all aspects and gaining a full understanding of the Brands. Reporting and communicating all potential developments and ensure all info received – logos, pantones, quantities etc. Ensure all new visuals are ‘achievable' suppliers, socks, buttons etc. Keeping track of all suppliers – samples, swatches, prices, reference sampling. Check and make sure trims and fabrics available for bulk while sampling. Complete spec sheets

Ensure all new visuals are ‘achievable', taking into consideration suppliers, socks, buttons etc. Keeping track of all suppliers – samples, swatches, prices, reference sheets & style sheets – recording suppliers of all fabrics and trims etc. keeping samples, swatches samples are chargeable. Calculate and determine all costings. Assist production when changes are needed
