Do costings for clients showing GP's etc. with assistance from the bakery specialist - costings to be documented - merchandising - hands on baking. Deliveries - Assist with effective emergency deliveries when required client information must be given to Marketing Admin Assistant -accurately and timeously. Filing - File all advantageous. Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience. Effective written and verbal communication
