Restaurant Manager. This role will report to the General Manager and the Owner and will be responsible for evening shifts will alternate shifts with the General Manager. Assist with Stock Control/Stock Takes/Cash

knowledge of Hotel operations as you will be the General Manager's right hand.
ideal candidate will be capable of aiding the General Manager in overseeing the entire restaurant, including
quality control, quantity control, stock control and general administration. Minimum 3 years of experience,
similar booking/operating systems is needed.
