The position involves overseeing franchise and driver performance, ensuring operational compliance, and Responsibilities include understanding operational levers, training and enforcing SOPs, contributing to SOP improvement addressing key branch tracking metrics related to driver growth, performance, complaints, and customer satisfaction Microsoft Office (word, excel & powerpoint) Training experience in an operational setting will be advantageous will be advantageous (Strong Excel skills) Valid drivers license Working hours: Tuesday – Thursday 9:00
