• Bachelor's understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Safety and Health & Safety systems comply with required standards. Key customers for this role would include this process, as laid out by Quality management requirements, are adhered to. Be conversant with and ensure regulations as well as industry quality control requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills supervisions as well as in a close team environment when required.
