The Night Nurse Manager will be responsible for the Clinical Nursing Management of the hospital at night related to the provision, promotion and assurance of clinical patient care, via the leadership of a multidisciplinary RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Manage the allocated nursing budget at night • Understand the financial fundamentals cost-effective quality patient care in line with the clinical governance strategy of the hospital group and evidence-based practice • Evaluate nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes • Promote health and wellbeing
