RETAIL RISK MANAGER

A dynamic, well presented, Retail Risk Manager in the retail / FMCG environment. Full responsibility eporting directly to the General Manager and Directors of a large FMCG store, providing a safe work environment a safe shopping environment for customers.

responsible for the forming of companies, appointing Directors, doing share transfers, making changes to MOI Shareholder and Director resolutions, reporting, submissions, and changes to Directors, statutory records Registrations and changes on CIPC Update and maintain Director and Shareholder changes Maintaining Share registers

all credits on the supplier ledger are resolved within the following month and ensure no credits are are moved to the suspense account. Ensuring all credit notes are requested and obtained where applicable supporting documents are provided upon request. No high risk finding Filing and archiving must be done monthly
