Position Summary: The Call Centre Agent is responsible for the provision of professional information service to registered persons, applicants and the public in general.
Seeking candidates with Customer Care experience for short term contracts. Accurate processing of the following orders: Private orders, Government orders, consignment orders, invoices, Technical invoicing, nuclear, sample and marketing orders.
Assessing and quoting accident damaged vehicles from Private clients, Dealerships and Insurance Companies. Booking client’s vehicles in for repairs.
We require the services of an Office Administrator with a valid driver’s and experience in the motor industry will be an advantage. Assessing and quoting accident damaged vehicles from Private clients, Dealerships and Insurance Companies.
