Ensure system and Procedures are always followed. Invoicing and quoting to Clients. Other Administrative and general Duties which may be required or Requirements Grade 12 3 years of high-volume administration preferably within in invoicing or accounting

Steel

Accounting. Improve and maintain stock management system to ensure the integrity and accuracy thereof. Coordinate daily reports and ensure critical areas in stock systems are controlled and any discrepancies addressed monthly and manage variance Ensure site walk administration is performed by: Attending opening and closing Thereafter submit to relevant Coordinator/ Administrator of Environmental for reporting to Head Office
