Hazard Identification Identification Compile and distribute hazard identification (HI) forms for all identified hazards and NCRs. Collect preliminary incident investigations. Compile and distribute prevention/correction measures identified during register. Submit completed inspections to the HSE manager for comments. Implement any corrections/preventions Training Distribute and collect toolbox talks (at least one per week per department). Distribute and collect
