Head of Accommodation and Events
Cape rooms and conferences for our client base. As the Head of Accommodation and Events, you will be responsible oversight.
One of your key responsibilities as the Head of Accommodation and Events is to develop the hotel hotel reservations strategy for the financial year. This strategy, aligned with our hotel and revenue dynamic team, where you can leverage your advanced MS Office Suite skills, including Excel expertise, to drive
maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
You will assist the Night Manager the tasks assigned to them and coordinating Front Office and night Audit activities with the Night Team Night Manager in implementing and enforcing financial controls throughout the department.
You must conditions to the security department and/or the front office manager.
You have a Matric Certificate least 5 years' experience in a Front Office/ Night Manager role in a busy, high-demand
and project partner budgets. Prepare statutory financial statements up to and including the Balance Sheet cost expenditure. Manage quarterly and monthly financial planning and budget requests and process month budget into NetSuite Tertiary qualification - Financial / Accounting degree or diploma with minimum five in terms of financial management and reporting. Minimum two years' experience of financial management Demonstrable ability to communicate technical financial information to a wide range of programme staff
