R250K - R310K CTC duties will encompass:
- Working with Heat treatment furnaces, Mechanical, Dimensional and Chemical analysis inspection.
- Supervision of the heat treatment and quality inspection workstations to ensure the company assembly line.
- Managing heat treatment personal and inspectors.
- Ensuring inspection furniture.
- Sourcing and purchasing of heat treatment equipment, inspection equipment and consumables consumables.
- Weekly and monthly reporting on heat treatment through-put, re-works and calculating furnace
