The overall purpose

- 3-5 years work experience as a HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing or retail (EEA, BCEA, LRA, Skills Development Act)
- HR Systems (PaySpace, Placement Partner etc.)
- Performance Relations
- Manage special programmes such as HR Planning, Employee Health and Wellness (EHWP)
- Drive operational support
- Review, interpret and implement HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate organisational
