Reference: JHB000115-KC-1 As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities: Provide advice positions, draw up new proposed org and submit to HR Manager for sign off Drive change management initiatives organise relevant training initiatives Facilitate HR training including ad-hoc refresher for employees discuss at EE meeting also using the same reports of appointments Assist with the compilation of EE and BBBEE
Purpose:
The HR Officer will be a support to the HR Department and be responsible for
Being a point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.
Assisting with payroll administration Safety
Preparing EE online submissions, attending EE meetings, maintaining all EE records and assisting assisting with the drafting of the EE plan.
Assist with general HR and Payroll queries.
Employee administration.
Administrating and maintaining HR policies.
Assisting with any Ad hoc duties

Minimum requirements:
