Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and / or managers responses to routine enquiries. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and management. Assist and co-check incoming documentation (correspondence, invoices. debriefing etc.) when required and ensure documents are captured on the ERP WMS. Update documents and create new files for for auditing purposes. Ensure documents and files are stored in a designated area for security purposes
