Fabricate and maintain a variety of tools consistent with
using 3D CAD modelling software.
Competent in using 3D CAD modelling software. Basic manufacturing process knowledge & experience, i.e. CNC accessories to manufacture such parts. Create and test new product designs and formulate manufacturing specifications requirements. Create designs using CAD 3D software and fabricate models that can be tested. Utilize software for Research and analyze different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances and other factors procedures to manufacturing teams in order that the product can be successfully manufactured. Disassembly and assembly of electrical motors (AC permanent magnet and DC motors). Removal and replacement of bearings work required on motors. Carry out electrical windings analysis to diagnose faulty motor windings. Complete alignments (training provided). Run testing of repaired motors on a VSD. Run testing of repaired VSDs. Site work certification. Mechanical and electrical experience with AC motors. Experience with VSDs is advantageous. Good time
