Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of geologists and support staff to ensure efficient and effective geological resource models and estimate mineral reserves to support mine planning and production scheduling Collaborate safety standards Implement and maintain best practices in geological mapping, sampling, and assay analysis to drive continuous improvement in geological practices Requirements: BSc Honors Degree/BTech Degree in in Geology 5 - 8 years extensive practical experience in Geology in a mining environment Accreditation
