Manage customer inquiries and support tickets using PSA. Provide remote support to clients utilising remote timely resolution of customer issues. Document all PSA customer interactions and technical resolutions and helpdesk role. Proficiency with HaloPSA or similar PSA software. Strong understanding of remote support
and relevant National Treasury prescripts, LRA, PSA and regulations. Extensive knowledge and proven experience
