Responsibilities: Student Application & Admission Administration Collaborates with the campus student retention retention team to generate student admissions related queries. Follows up with the campus retention team for for missing student information in order to finalise all student admissions related queries. Evaluates Evaluates retention student admissions against the set admission criteria and communicates the appropriate outcomes outcomes. Providing accurate enrolment advice to prospective students nationally and internationally; Taking charge outbound phone and web-based enquiries from potential students and maintaining adequate records of contacts made phone and email enquiries to convert them into student registrations; Actively and efficiently answering enquiries; Creating relationships with potential students leading through to class enrolments and commencements; various telemarketing campaigns calling prospective students, as required; Clearly explaining programs and
