Manage workflow to ensure all 3 different payrolls transactions are processed accurately and timeously ensuring good governance in the payroll. Manage processing of payrolls for sub contract employees (5800 employees), Fixed term contract payroll (750 employees) and permanent payroll (215 employees) to ensure timely legislation and regulatory rulings influencing payroll and reporting requirements. Enforce adherence to required actions with the HR Executive. Evaluate and analyse existing payroll policies and procedures;
