Provide a holistic human resource service to line management by taking responsibility for managing
orientation and training new staff in addition to succession planning, staff welfare, industrial relations
legislation, holding quarterly employment equity and training committee meetings and timeous submission of annual
legislation and best practice;
Interpret industrial relations and human resource policies and procedures
