We're urgently seeking and Senior Creditors Clerk / HR Administrator (Syspro exp.) - 4 Months Contract un-reconciled items. Ensure all a ccruals for the current accounting period are prepared. Prepare input schedules amendments or deletions to master data in the accounting system and ensure that the changes are effected amendments or deletions to master data in the accounting system. Process all cheque and electronic funds collection and payment of foreign funds with bankers. Assist in the preparation of various supporting schedules
Track and action tax status changes to client accounts. Monitor and action tax reclaims Coordinate the defined goals. Operational excellence Monitor, manage and escalate operational incidents and issues, mitigate operational risk. Partner the manager to identify, manage and control areas of risk. Communicate proceeds received against payments to ensure suspense account balances back to zero. Validate reconciliations market engagements, On request assist with research and provide inputs to Manager to inform event communication
