Primary Role Accountabilities
- Proactive analysis of system health with in depth reporting
- Preventative maintenance
- Architect new solutions
- Assist with escalations from 2nd line support engineers
- Technologies include (but not limited to)
Vet and assess credit applications and renewals
Control all credit application mandates
Interface with Sales and Store Management regarding credit decisions
Manage account queries and assist with any issues
Oversee collections of overdue debts and negotiate payment terms
