-Ensure that car park meets optimum service levels at all time as per service level agreement
-Building ensuring that staff members are correctly deployed, trained and motivated.
-Managing staff relations issues, performance management on site and escalate to HR Department
-Ensure staff deployment schedules that site meets its optimum service levels at all times as per service level agreement.
-Conduct meetings with landlord, staff and service providers on increasing services levels
