Your responsibilities:
Responsible for bulk recruitment for both white and blue collars
Sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent roles
Ensuring that all candidates and job specs are loaded on our database and all recruitment activities are accurately recorded
Interview
and ensure the
implementation of innovative HR initiatives, as well as the rollout of new employee

- Collaborate as needed with Payroll, HR Shared Services, Legal and other internal teams to
- Facilitate effective communication on all HR matters,

Requirements
- Matric
- Bachelor's degree or HR related certification
Work Experience
of HR experience, ideally in BPO industry (but not essential)
- 3+ years experience as a HR business
