negotiator and leader to oversee the next steps of the project, which includes procurement implementation, evaluation s/Legal/Project Management or equivalent . 11-13 years demonstrable experience as a project team leader large public sector projects / multi-disciplinary PPP and commuter rail projects . 9 years' experience experience in commercial management of PPP projects , including contract negotiations, risk management, variations management, insurance, project costs and revenue, value engineering, and project financial management.

Ensure compliance of Project equipment and technical operations to all OSH Act and other legal requirements standards at the Project Provide engineering/technical knowledge base for the Project Support Operations Operations, Technical and SHEQ during the Project Ensure equipment availability by minimising downtime resulting equipment failure in Projects Ensure Electrical Compliance Throughout the Project Partake in Risk Assessments Carry a Legal Appointment as a GMR 2.1 for the Project Site Qualifications & Experience Required Grade
