Compliance to SHE Management system:
Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ a SHE Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town (Wellington) plans, coordinators in place Compliance to SHE Management system: Conduct audits and inspections of plants Unsafe acts and conditions identified and reported to management using the CAR system Improvement of Safety for the site Incident Management: Investigate incidents for the site. Reporting of incidents to Department Labour Compile incident investigation reports, as per company reporting standards Communication and Awareness:
maintain an effective Safety, Health and Environment management system in accordance with regulatory requirements environmentalspills, and prepare detailed incident reports with root cause analysis and recommendations for aspects of operations and decision-making processes. Manage relationships with regulatory agencies, external regulatory inspections, permits, and compliance reporting requirements. Monitor and analyse key perfomance environmental performance, and prepare repoets for management review, identifying areas for improvement and

Implement and manage the 5S programme and emergency evacuation drills.

Arrange and follow up on regards SHE related aspects, including clinic, security, hygiene, pest control and energy management.
Ensure
