Duties: Arrange opening of Investment and current bank accounts for Schemes Transfer of funds between Trust regular insurance valuations of schemes Ensuring insurance premiums are paid to date and insurance claims relevant parties (estate agents, lawyers, owners, banks) Archive and filing management, email and document disputes, where requested Additional duties: Opening of bank accounts (current & investment) for new schemes

All credit limits to be checked on the Credit Insurer system every 2 months in accordance with Company credit insurer on the required credit limit and terms as per the credit application Credit insurer annexure cover obtained, account to be loaded on the system BANK – INVOICE DISCOUNTING ACCOUNTS: Ensure all payments left unapplied on the customer account from the ID Bank accounts All month end payments are to be processed special margin queries urgently Assist with monthly ID Bank audit AD HOC DUTIES & OTHER FUNCTIONS: Ensure
