Job Responsibilities
SERVICE TECHNICIAN (East London) Position Description: The Service Technician is required to support support all Technical Service Functions in the Eastern Cape. This will include but not limited to Faultfinding/troubleshooting Repairs on all medical equipment. Maintaining strong customer relations is essential. High efficiency is required technical assessments, improve on customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention and increase profitability and/or ability required. Adequate stock control on service parts Install systems to full working capacity
enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service Serve customers as needed Put together the rotas and similar position Familiarity with financial and customer service principles Good math skills with the ability shifts Male candidates preferred due to manual labour duties as well as nature of the business and working
