diploma To report to and work closely with Financial Director. More than 5 years' experience in full accounting Management statements to be submitted to Financial Director for further workings. Preparation of audit files files. May be required to stand in for Managing Director's PA from time to time, when on leave. Admin items: be required from time to time from any of the directors Minimum Software skills required: PASTEL (proficient)

Conduct research and gather market data to support investment decisions. Prepare presentations, investment memorandums, and reports and recommendations to senior management and investment committees. Participate in deal negotiations finance experience, preferably in private equity or investment banking / credit analyst experience. Strong financial
