Main Duties/Key Results Areas:

Liaising with Medical Aid providers to ensure that employees and their families are suitably covered. Liaising Liaising with provident fund on behalf of employees to resolve any fund related queries. Support in the recruitment recruitment process and oversee the full employee lifecycle from on boarding to termination. Assist management training and other employee issues that may arise. Assist with enrolling all new employees on S-Qube (Time-Keeping) systems. Processing all documentation relating to employee's termination from company. Assist with completion
