experience in Human Resource Management/Labour Relations/HR Registry or PMDS or 3-year Degree/Diploma in Human Management/Labour Relations with at least 1 year experience in HR. knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations disciplinary procedures. Coordination of various HR meetings. Basic knowledge of Skills development and and Ill-health retirement (PILIR). Conduct various HR workshops. Coordinate PMDS matters including monitoring
and issues and ensure that employees comply with company policy and procedures. Maintain good discipline Refer issues to HR where necessary. Submit all relevant documentation from employees to HR. (Leave applications welding dept in accordance with job cards and company production system. Ensure that jobs are received and attributes as per company system. Update internal production software (company system) with received
