Plan, organise and direct HR programs and activities in a manner that promotes quality, delivery, cost and responsiveness of the HR department. Development and maintenance of Company Responsible for the adherence of all BOS and other HR related legal procedures. Meet profit plan objectives work and continuous improvement. Manage and keeping HR Information systems updated. Approve and sign off

Coordination of various HR meetings. Basic knowledge of Skills development and and Ill-health retirement (PILIR). Conduct various HR workshops. Coordinate PMDS matters including monitoring
