Develop, deliver and maintain a HR department strategy that meets the needs of all stakeholder groups Fund Management Committee. Plan, organise and direct HR programs and activities in a manner that promotes quality, delivery, cost and responsiveness of the HR department. Development and maintenance of Company Responsible for the adherence of all BOS and other HR related legal procedures. Meet profit plan objectives and keeping HR Information systems updated. experience in Human Resource Management/Labour Relations/HR Registry or PMDS or 3-year Degree/Diploma in Human Management/Labour Relations with at least 1 year experience in HR. knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations orientation towards rendering a friendly client service. Report writing skills and knowledge of PERSAL (Persal disciplinary procedures. Coordination of various HR meetings. Basic knowledge of Skills development and and Ill-health retirement (PILIR). Conduct various HR workshops. Coordinate PMDS matters including monitoring
Refer issues to HR where necessary. Submit all relevant documentation from employees to HR. (Leave applications finishing and quality procedures for all prototypes and report difficulties and discrepancies to senior management improvement on existing processes Daily and monthly reporting on production to top management. Monthly stock claims or new acquisitions of tools & machinery Report any misuse, abuse, or accidental damage. General
