EXPERIENCE
Grade 12 with Safety Management Diploma as a
minimum preferred
- COMSOC
Plant (Chrome and PGM recovery) experience.
- Training experience will be advantageous
- Computer
Practical knowledge of and experience in Safety
Management
- Practical knowledge of pertinent SHE legislation
assessments, HIRA, RA Software used in
the industry
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials
education orientated with the
ability to manage such programs in its entirety.
- Engineering
and implementation of HR policies and procedures Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including employees on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development Ensure the mining industry Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs Conduct training sessions on Diploma/Degree in HR Management 5 years' experience in HR within the mining industry Extensive knowledge
