Trade Execution Administrator

  • Processing of all spot sales invoices and sending to clients payments
  • Checking that contract price and terms match invoices received or to be sent
  • Loading payments documents
  • Downloading or requesting silo movement from all Co-ops daily and sending to Agents and internal pending queries.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices of open contracts.
  • Ensure payments are T1 to ensure contracts are not executed without invoices
  • Ensure credit notes are approved by management
