Purpose:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks related to the reservations system.
  • Load all all contracted rates received from sales into the system.
  • Oversee booking portals, including API connections and OTA platforms.
  • Create and manage allocations to maximize revenues and occupancies Reservations Manager with inventory management.
  • Generate weekly and ad hoc systems reports as required
Requirements:

Systems Administrator

System knowledge NebulaCRS, Nebula Call Centre, OPERA, OPERA Cloud & eRES
Proven experience experience as a systems administrator or similar position
Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English Well-organized with good time management
Excellent verbal and written communication
