Develop, deliver and maintain a HR department strategy that meets the needs of all stakeholder groups Fund Management Committee. Plan, organise and direct HR programs and activities in a manner that promotes quality, delivery, cost and responsiveness of the HR department. Development and maintenance of Company Responsible for the adherence of all BOS and other HR related legal procedures. Meet profit plan objectives work and continuous improvement. Manage and keeping HR Information systems updated. Approve and sign off

experience in Human Resource Management/Labour Relations/HR Registry or PMDS or 3-year Degree/Diploma in Human Management/Labour Relations with at least 1 year experience in HR. knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations disciplinary procedures. Coordination of various HR meetings. Basic knowledge of Skills development and and Ill-health retirement (PILIR). Conduct various HR workshops. Coordinate PMDS matters including monitoring
Answer customer inquiries regarding transactions, accounts, and other related services. Resolve customer equivalent; additional education in finance, accounting, or related field is a plus.
