Deliver a weekly purchase order report to management that indicates the vendor delivery note, invoice invoice number & GRN number for all closed purchase orders; (Reconciled order qty vs actual received received qty) as well as a substantiation of all open purchase orders. Maintaining approved suppliers list Request Maintaining Sourcing Approval documents Updating of all purchasing reports to Management Assist with inventory control
