Duties / Responsibilities Administration for Technical Department and Sites Employee coordination and to mails within 24 hours Site and Technical assets (tools etc.) administration and assets register. Ensure followed. Invoicing and quoting to Clients. Other Administrative and general Duties which may be required or Requirements Grade 12 3 years of high-volume administration preferably within in invoicing or accounting
deadlines and budget constraints.

Ensure site walk administration is performed by: Attending opening and closing meetings and sites walk enquiries as per meeting decision within 3 days of site walk. Preparing spillage and leakage declaration and submitting to the Manager within 3 days from site walk for review; approval and sign off. Thereafter Thereafter submit to relevant Coordinator/ Administrator of Environmental for reporting to Head Office. Understand
