Plan, organise and direct HR programs and activities in a manner that promotes an atmosphere of communication cost and responsiveness of the HR department. Development and maintenance of Company policies and procedures set in EEA. . Champion the performance management system within the plant. Improve the competitive position improvement. Manage and keeping HR Information systems updated. Approve and sign off VIP pay roll variance
