The suitable candidate will: oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of projects interpreting specifications, architectural and engineering drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures the coordination of site activities Studying architectural and engineering drawings and specifications estimate total costs, and preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in budgetary control reporting to stakeholders Budget estimating and cost planning experience, including preparation of cost reports
