Preparing annual accounts, financial inputs for the Board and its committees, budgets, valuations for staff share scheme, procedures, including IT policies. Member of the Risk and Compliance Committee. Other Duties : Overseeing business agenda, and packs of the EXCO, Board, and other committee meetings. Requirements: CA (SA) qualification
